There's an old-world Charm about this place. Loved my experience here. I had to repair a 22 karat gold chain and resize my sons gold ring. Both the Nicole's were so pleasant to talk with, also efficient. They are not your regular jewelry store for sure. They have some beautiful gemstone jewelry as well as lots more. They obviously also repair watches. This one s a hidden gem in Brownsburg. They completed both tasks before time. I got a text and went to collect it. Hassle free , and if u got something to repair.. watches or jewelry....must visit Rudy's watch & jewelry repair! Charming charming charming!!!

Everybody is friendly, helpful, upfront, honest, and the work is impeccable. I had a few vintage watches, they gave good projections on cost, got them done and the results were beyond what I could have expected! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Great staff, beautiful jewelry and excellent workmanship! I am so happy with the repairs made to a very special necklace. I went to several places trying to get it repaired, with no luck, Rudy's was not only able to make the repair but they were able to ensure my necklace was returned to me better than when it was gifted to me! Thank you for bringing this necklace that most said couldn't be fixed back to me!

I stopped in here today after my wife telling me all good things about the service. I was beyond impressed. I needed a new watch band, and fully expected they'd have me choose from a catalog, have to order something, and I'd need to drop the watch off and pick it up later. Not so. They have a large selection of bands right in store. The lady behind the counter was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She showed me several options, we talked about the merits of each, and finally found the right one. Another worker was able to immediately fit the new band, and in minutes I was walking out with a brand new looking piece in a gift box, very reasonably priced!

Got my watch done 6 days earlier than expected! I don’t expect that service every time I come here but Rudy’s is the best. This is my everyday watch and it was in bad shape when I brought it in for a new battery and cleaning. It looks like new.

Went to the store to have an authenticity check done on a watch. Had the service done with no problems.

The store looks very clean and fresh. And the stuff is so nice and friendly. And from what I could tell, the friendliness was very genuine, if you know what I mean. Will definitely visit them again.

Dropped off gauges months ago to see if they could make something along those lines but with diamonds, dropped off in January or February and here it is August haven't heard anything from them and they still have original jewelry

Don’t bring your jewelry here if you have any common sense. Took my ring to get polished here and it wasn’t finished correctly, had unfinished polishing on both sides. Took a bracelet here to get polished had left over black polish in all the cracks. Cheap cost gets you cheap work! Asked to talk to the manager and I guess everyone there is a manager and then the owner/manager finally called me and she was also unprofessional and acted like her crew is a five star workers. I can tell you they are not if I have that kind of issues with two pieces and everyone thinks they have a manager position ?
