Excelente servicio estoy en el área de dallas y encargué un arreglo floral para el servicio funerario de mi cuñada,y esactamente como les dije q no escatimarán en nada así lo isieron y lo q sigue el arreglo supero mis espectativas muchas gracias a Daniel que me atendió súper bien y se tomo la cortesía de mandarme unas fotos de sus arreglos para q escogiera el q mas me gustara muchas gracias..

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a White Cross with red roses for a funeral and specifically requested a photo of the arrangement once it was completed. Later that day, I followed up via text to remind them to send the photo. The man responded, saying he wasn’t able to get a picture before the drop-off but assured me that it turned out really nice.

However, at the funeral, I discovered they had made a completely different arrangement—not the cross I ordered and paid for. While the arrangement was nice, it was not what I requested. The White Cross with red roses was so beautiful, and it was what I really wanted the family to see and remember during this difficult time. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a funeral, where the arrangement holds deep meaning for the grieving family and attendees.

When I called to address the issue, the owner of the flower shop was extremely rude and dismissive. The only explanation I received was that he "got confused." This lack of professionalism and empathy was very upsetting, especially given the sensitive nature of the occasion.

By far the best flower shop I have encountered locally. Not only are their flowers fresh and beautiful, their customer service is amazing! Friendly, reasonably priced, and they treat you like royalty! The owner, was very informed, very professional, and extremely generous. I bought 2 bouquets, and they gave me a fresh flower bouquet just for me, so my house would smell good. Who does that nowadays? I thought the gesture was unforgettable. There is another gentleman there that worked on my smaller bouquet, and within 10 minutes he had this amazing bouquet for my mom ready. Their artistic design in flowers is AMAZING! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! BEYOND HAPPY! Thank you so much!!!! Guys these are ACTUAL PICTURES OF MY BOUQUETS!

I live in a different city and it was my aunts birthday I wanted to get her something since we live in different city’s I called to make a same day delivery. They were so nice was very patient I was a little scared on how they would come out since I’m not there to see. But I saw the arrangement that my aunt sent and literally I was so happy it was so pretty. I truly recommend this flower shop.

I called yesterday and asked for some birthday flowers to be delivered to my mom today. I just said how much I wanted to spend and asked for colorful flowers. She just sent me a picture and they are beautiful!! Thank you!
