Beautiful and authentic show room, customer service was a bit sketchy.

I took my glasses in to have a break in the frame soldered back together. The first lady I spoke with was very nice and said it would cost $25.00. But then when I went back to pick up my glasses the Jeweler had soldered the place but created a new problem by breaking the string for the wireless frame. My glasses were STILL unwearable and instead of charging me $25 the fee had increased to $35.

The Jeweler was very snippy with me when I explained my frustration and told me to go back to my Optometrist and they could fix the string. I did this however because of "the way the original frame was soldered back together the string no longer fits in the appropriate groove and there is nothing they can do about it. Basically the lens still falls out with the slightest raise of my eyebrows/ears and the lens pops out landing on the ground and chipping around the edges.

So basically if I stand in one place and dont move and I'm on CARPET the glasses can be worn. In short - wasted $35 dollars, have a pair of glasses that are useless and had to deal with a grumpy jeweler! Not going back anytime soon!!

Picked up a jewelry repair for a friend, very friendly staff, they checked who I was to ensure the correct person was picking up, very important with valuables. Definitely will always shop here vs a giant chain store! Great variety, selection and amazing people.

They do great work and they listen to you! I got married recently and we got all our rings here. When I was shoping around for a engagement ring I went to other places that wanted to up sell me and also sell me something other than what I wanted. They built the ring I had in mind and for what I felt was a reasonable price. They were also very patient with us when we were trying to figure out what size rings we needed. My wife and I love our rings! Thanks guys!

Rohr jewelry does a fantastic job. The employees are very nice and helpful. They help you find what you need and genuinely care about helping you. I took my grandmothers cuckoo clock in to be cleaned and repaired as it had not worked for some time. It was fixed sooner than they expected and it looked much better than before. I wanted to make sure to take it to someone I trusted due to the sentimental value and Rohr jewelery did not dissapoint. They took such care into repairing my clock. I can't wait to use it now. I would reccomend Rohrs for anything from your own items you need repaired, to deeply sentimental items you can't trust with anyone else. Even if you just want to buy jewelry, they have a beautiful selection and much higher quality than the brand names. Go support your local business!

Came in to see about earrings for my 4 yr old and to get my wedding ring repaired. She found what she wanted and the staff told me about my repairs. Great price for the repair that I needed. The staff were great and especially great with my daughter! Speedy repair. Got it back the same day. Will Definetly go back for more repairs if needed and other pretty sparkly things for my daughter.

They got the job done and did it well. However, be careful. They originally told me it would be $50 to resize my ring. When I went to pick it up they told me they tightened the stones and charged me $20 for it. Keep in mind they didn’t ask. If they would have called to make sure then that would be different. So just be careful doing business here because there’ll be something more than what they say.

I have used this company for a number of years. I trust Mike implicitly with any of my jewelry, whether purchased or previously owned. recently he helped me create a beautiful ring with a diamond left to me by my brother’s estate. It was a collaborative effort and I couldn’t be more pleased. I moved to Pittsburg a couple of years ago, but I still use Rohl’s for my jewelry needs.
