We were on the search for an anniversary band, and had looked online and at another big name jeweler. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed to look around before making a final choice. Riddles was one of the places we stopped. They had a good selection and the prices were very reasonable. The color and clarity of all the diamonds we looked at was great. Grace, the young lady that helped us was wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn’t at all pushy, but was extremely helpful. We did look at a couple more places after Riddles. One store had a beautiful ring that I really liked, but quite honestly, the sales people seemed more like sales people than someone trying to help me find the right ring. If they would have been better, it may have been more of a toss up, but, Riddles won out because of Grace. The rings I found there were beautiful but Grace was the icing on the cake.

Brilliance!!! Where do I start? This is my first watch with crystals! I have never seen anything nor have I this being a thing and to be honest, I'm in love! I've had watches but nothing as beautiful as this iced out crystal Bulova! Riddles Jewelry, I'm very pleased with my watch. I'll be back for more!

Our Riddle’s experience was an absolute pleasure. We worked with a wonderful lady at the Mankato jewelers named Jasmine. She was very attentive to our needs and provided us with confidence when purchasing an engagement ring. When my finance and I decided to design a custom ring, Riddle’s knocked it out of the park. The process was incredibly smooth. Jasmine and her team had all the best intentions and paid close attention to detail, quality, and our preferences. We also learned a lot, as Riddles was very open and ensured we understood everything. Working with Riddles was the best decision we could have made and would highly recommend them to family and everyone we know! Their kindness, support and patience was above excellence. Riddle’s did a fantastic job and made our experience exceptionally fun!

My name is John O'Keeffe, I went into the jewelry store and ask them if they could help me out with this problem I had I have this Stone with a wolf head and was wondering how I was going to be able to use it on a chain as it had been before but the thing that held the orphan is still in the chain had broken so I went in and I talked to Grace who is a very lovely lady She helped me out he says it you could check to see if there was anything that we could do to help you out and so she informed me that they have a way of putting it together so I had to wait for it to come in It finally came in and I weren't in this morning to have it put together looks pretty cool I think you did a great job Yes they did I like to say thank you again Grace,

I was looking for an engagement ring and was helped by Grace Anderson at Riddles Jewelry in the Mankato Mall. She was amazing! She went through most of the rings until she had me look at one that was nothing like I said I wanted! My eyes lit up and I was in love!!! She also spent hours helping find a wedding band!!! She worked with us and was so helpful!!! I will go back to her again and again!!
