I have bought a majority of my jewelry from Riddles over the years. Service is great as well as the prices. I know that my jewelry isn’t sent off somewhere; it’s worked on in-house: I was sad to PCS and leave them behind. When I had the opportunity to come back to KS for school I didn’t hesitate to bring my wedding ring in for an assessment and cleaning. While it was assessed and cleaned I learned it needed to be plated and a stone was loose. Warranty had lapsed on two bands but warranty was good on the most recent band and that warranty would cover the whole ring. Kevin and Jon and at the MHK location were kind, understanding and sincere about my military situation. I ended up entrusting my ring with them to ship to NY when repairs were complete, where we currently reside, and walking out with a new gemstone ring and a pearl bracelet for my mother. I wish there was a Riddles in NY! Thank you Riddles!

Had a great experience with Jon. A longer process due to me finding a stone elsewhere and then having a specific design I was looking for, but Jon was helpful the entire process and helped guide me through it. Ring came out looking great! Extremely reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an engagement ring, ask for Jon!

Highly recommend Riddle's for all of your jewelry needs! Watches, rings, necklaces, etc, they have it all. Kyle is very knowledgable of everything jewelry and was able to answer any questions that I had and helped me pick out the perfect option. I will be back for sure!

I went in for a quote to resize a ring from a 7.5 to a 4, and they were very helpful with a goldsmith in the office so I could get an accurate quote. They were very knowledgeable with my specific design, gemstones, and how resizing may effect it. The quote was higher than other places, but this was due to the chance that the resizing may be more difficult than normal due to my specific ring. I actually paid $5 less than the quote. They finished the ring only two days later (they said it would take a week)! I can't even see the seam, and they did a beautiful job. I cannot recommend them enough.
