Teresa is the best! Went in to buy a necklace and she was so helpful. She showed me multiple different types of jewels that would fit my budget. And in the end we found the perfect one! I recommend asking for her when you go in.

Teresa is fantastic to work with. This is our second time working with her and both times she has been outstanding. She's great with listening to our needs and finding the right product for us. Her communication skills throughout the process was on point, by phone and through text. Highly recommend Teresa and Riddle's. My husband and I love Riddles! Everytime we go in the store, the employees have always been helpful, kind, and welcoming. Duane at the Northpark Mall in Davenport, Iowa, always remembers my and my husband's name. We haven't gone to any other jewelry store in over 6 years.

Teresa helped us for an engagement ring and wedding band. She took time to listen to what we liked and disliked and found us options that worked well. I went to pick up my diamond ring and Teresa was there to assist me. My ring was lovely! Shiny and looked brand new!
Teresa was a joy to speak and interact with. All in all she is a very kind person. Thank you Teresa!
We are however missing our envelope with information on the cleanings and I believe date of purchase that my husband is sure we left with the gentleman that helped us when we took the ring in to get resized the beginning of this month. Unfortunately he was not in this past Friday while I was there.
Teresa is looking into this and we hope to have all our information in the coming week.
