I want to thank Sierra Bell, my niece and realtor on our newest restoration project. She has been ahead of the game in all aspects of the transaction. We've been loving houses together since she was a young girl going to Madison's Christmas home tours! Now we get to make beautiful homes as team!

Pat Mullis went above and beyond helping us find a new home. She is 100% dedicated to you and will help find a home that serves your needs the best. After years of having Pat sell/buy houses for us we wouldn’t choose anyone else. If we ever want to move in the future we will always continue to call on her expertise and knowledge within the housing market as she has years of experience. She is amazing on both a professional and personal level! You honestly can’t go wrong choosing Pat as your realtor!

Stacy Lafferty was a God Send, the negotiations took a couple of rough turns initially on the sale but she persevered and got the deal done. So thankful for her skillful and thoughtful assistance. My purchase was easy peasy in no small part to Stacy as well. Love her. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Bobbi Powell as we sold our home. She was very honest and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Her quick and timely responses provided us a fast tract to closing. Would highly recommend working with Bobbi as a seller or buyer

Bobbi Powell is an awesome realtor and will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home and or property. She has worked with us for almost 3 years trying to find property and then decided to start looking at houses. She has been so patient with us and very understanding through it all. We highly recommend going with her and I promise you won't regret it.

Pat Mullis handled the recent sale of our home. During that time, she worked tirelessly hosting open house events and finding ways for us get our home listing viewed by a wide audience. Pat communicated with us frequently, keeping us informed on outcomes of viewings and open house events. She responded immediately to any questions we had. She is one of the hardest working and nicest people we have met. If we have need again for a realtor, she will be our first choice. Thank you for all you did Pat!

Stacy Lafferty has assisted me with both selling and purchasing homes and was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We listed my home on the same day I offered to purchase my current home and we closed both transactions in 36 days, which was super fast. By far, the best decision I have ever made!! I appreciate Stacy’s friendship to this day and will use her in the future should I ever decide to move again! David Gregory
