I had an excellent experience at Razny Jewelers today! I visited to have two watches sized and to learn more about the process of buying high-end watches. Michael, the associate I worked with, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience great. They even sized my watches free of charge! I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of the team. You don’t always get that at high-end stores. Especially when you walk in jeans and sneakers. If you're interested in high-end jewelry or watches, I highly recommend stopping by Razny and speaking with Michael. You won't be disappointed! Five stars!

Marina at Razny in Highland Park was by far the best service I have had. I have had several luxury timepieces and have been searching for a new Rolex Datejust for over 6 months. I went to several other private and chain jewelers and never received great service or follow up. I walked into to this location with no appointment and not dressed or ready to purchase yet and she gave the most outstanding service to me. She followed up immediately after to just thank me for visiting and within two weeks she sourced the watch I had been dreaming for. Beyond the most incredible experience. And she educated me on everything I needed when I made the purchase. I now have a lifetime person to go to for all my jewelry pieces. I cannot recommend them but most important Marina enough!

Me and my mom went in, we had a very good experience. Katherine helped us, she was very helpful and cheerful and gave us a wonderful experience. Immediately cared about the price range we had and showed us a bunch of beautiful watches. Made the watch buying experience very easy and a joy to experience. Definitely coming back again.

Absolutely thrilled with the experience at Razny Jewelers! Huge shout out to Lina Kim for going out of her way to accommodate my request. She was kind enough to hold the highly sought after Cartier timepiece that I requested for my wife's birthday. The customer service was exceptional!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Razny Jewelers and staff. Every visit, I have been nicely greeted and given a bottle of water. The layout of the store is incredible! My primary shopping conquest here was to purchase my first Rolex watch! I did on my most recent visit! I have been working with my salesman, Michael. In order to purchase a rolex watch, you must be put on a wait list. I have been working with Michael over the past several months, and he has been a pleasure with helping me achieve my wish of owning a Rolex.! Thank you, Michael! Thank you, Razny Jewelers!

Razny jewelers never disappoints with exceptional service. I left two earrings for repair - both good pieces but nothing extraordinary. This did not matter at all! The customer service rep, Karina, treated me as though I was handing over the Crown Jewels!
