The balloon arch turned out amazing but she was suppose to set up at 1:30 and didn’t get there until 2 as the party had already started. Broke she left I confirmed the pick up time as 3:45. I then get a text at 3:45 saying we can just take the arch unless she wants us to pick it up. I told Ana that is part of what I paid for she then said she’d be right there and dont end up getting the arch picked up until 4:10

If your Party is going to be at 2 I’d suggest having her set up at 12:30-1 just to make sure she’s on time… same as pick up

Love love love this place!!! Cannot say enough good things about it! The prices are reasonable and definitely not overpriced like some of the boutiques in the area. The owner is an amazing lovely woman. She is so kind and fun! If you have a little girl who loves shopping and gabbing about girly things, this is the place to go. She will help any young shopper pick out the perfect thing for them! Wonderful experience every time! 10/10 would recommend!

Went to the key hunt asked the rules, we’re told to go find the keys and come back to open the door for the party in the park event, then they took all the keys besides four we had because we had “too many” we were last in line with keys to open the door. Then they said they were going to hide the keys again because no one won, because you took the winning key from us lol
