It was father-in-law’s 1st time out to watch my son play at MWSU so we got him a grandpa T-shirt. But it fit to snug when we put it on for game time, the staff were awesome in helping us find a larger size & making the exchange seem less before the whistle! Thank you for making his 1st time one to remember.

Highly recommend Rally House! Amazing selection of a large variety of close teams and even some selections of not so close teams. Rally House is pretty much the go to for sporting gear, practically the only place in this town! Prices are standard (high) as it is with all team apparel, I do with they offered Military/ Veteran discounts, I would never buy from an online retailer based on price again if they offered it. Overall 10/10! Staff was amazing & helpful at checkout. They don’t pester or bother while shopping which is great!

The store is massive! Huge selection of merchandise for many different teams! I've only got one problem..Missouri Tigers selection is very small & has only 1 jersey for the team (football) ...meanwhile, the KU section has several different players! Hopefully, in the future, the MU section adds more items!

Rally House has the best selection to represent your team!!! I love the St Joe location bc they have so much K-State gear. Jordan, the manager, definitely went out of her to way to get me fitted for this football season!!! Thanks Jordan!

Was looking for a specific item for my son's birthday. Your computer said that it was in stock at this store, an hour drive away.
I called ahead and verified it was there, and told them I was on the way. Maybe they could have used another cashier, but wait wasn't too long. I told them I'd called earlier and cashier recognized the name, found where they'd put it aside for me and I was on my way.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Rally House. The ginger-haired employee I encountered was dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. To make matters worse, the lady manager was incredibly rude, snapping at me when I asked a simple question. Her attitude was unacceptable for someone in a management position. And then there was a guy named Sloan, who was no better—he was condescending and made me feel like I was a bother just for being in the store. The whole team needs serious training in customer service. I will never return to this store and would advise others to avoid it as well.

I had the worst shopping experience at Rally House. The staff was completely unhelpful and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. The store was disorganized and dirty, making it hard to find anything, and when I finally did find something I liked, it was overpriced and the quality was disappointing. To top it off, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money!
