I will not be using Rally House again!! I ordered an ornament on line. The description was not what I received in the mail. We were traveling through Manhattan, KS so I returned it. Was not refunded postage which was $7.99. Why should I have to pay postage on an item that was not described correctly. If I hadn’t physically returned it, I would have had to spend $7.99 to mail it back! If order is not filled correctly, I should have been refunded item cost and postage!!

So many cool KSU items, not just clothes
. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even helped me "hide" my purchase from my husband who was in the store with me!! The store was very neat, orderly, and much bigger than it appears from the outside.

I think the reason why they’ve opened a second Rally House location in Manhattan is because there has been a MAJOR increase in demand for K-State gear and other regional teams.

This store is bigger than the one in Aggieville and so I think it can accommodate a lot more fans and customers.

It’s a second one-stop shop for K-State and Manhattan items. I found some AWESOME Manhattan stickers, and a coaster of the original Varney’s. It’s also nice to see this location even offers a few KU items as well. The employees were SO friendly and helpful. They did SUCH a great job of keeping up with the hustle and bustle with it being Game Day. I will come back next time I’m in Manhattan!

Rally House has a lot of cool stuff, as long as you aren’t a fan of women’s sports. They do not stock women’s merchandise, despite Kansas state’s women’s basketball team being ranked 13 in the country. When I asked an employee she directed me to the website, which also has limited merchandise, with no jerseys.

I stopped in to pick up some K-State gear for Christmas. I couldn't believe the selection! Left with more than I planned on and have great gifts for all!

First time in the store at this location. Pleased with the amount of items for sale, especially in my size. Will return soon for more purchases!

Returned to the store day after Halloween with our daughter and her boyfriend who were visiting. Bought several items and the staff was able to assist us in what we were looking for. Both trips to this store have been successful for us.

First visit-staff was helpful. Was overwhelmed with the variety of products. If you are looking for K-State or KC Chiefs merchandise Rally House will have what you need.

I came to this store with two returns & found another shirt to purchase in exchange for one. Upon checking out, there was no communication whatsoever from the sales associate. I was handed a receipt to sign. I knew I should have a credit, but nothing was explained so I quickly scanned the receipt to confirm the total. She seemed rather annoyed with me and I was given a rude look that made this experience very uncomfortable.
