There are many things, although everything is somewhat mixed in terms of brands, but it is not a problem. you definitely find anything. Although yes, no one approached me to help me, I don't think it's a problem, but it's not a common thing that happens in this country (I'm from Mexico), and I was able to buy some things to attend a baseball game!

The manager of this location, Troy, is knocking it out of the park! He and his team make this place an absolute must see/shop destination on game day. No one touches the selection they have for great K-State apparel. Beyond that, though, the store is super clean, organized, easy to shop…you name it, they’re doing it well. Be forewarned, you’re going to find a ton of stuff you want!

Although this Rally House is much smaller than the other location in Manhattan I prefer this location for seeking out postcards. In addition the cashier was very kind and friendly. I would probably choose this location in the future over the larger store.

I bought about $260 worth of shirts at Rally House in Manhattan, KS. I had to return one shirt and exchange another. I was in a bit of a hurry so I asked an employee where I could find the one shirt I was hoping to exchange and he just waved me off and told me I had to look for (four employees standing around the register talking about weekend plans…). I really loved the shirt so I went out on the sales floor trying to find it in a smaller size. After 10 minutes (I couldn’t stay much longer as I had to get to an appointment), I still couldn’t find the shirt, and, the same four employees were still standing around the register talking and laughing. When I went back to the register, I was not happy. Unfortunately since I couldn’t find the shirt I was hoping to exchange, I told one of the girls I’ll have to return both shirts because I couldn’t find another one to exchange. She then proceeded to lie to me and said, “We get tons of ‘merch’ every single day and we constantly move everything around. Most of the employees here are part time so it’s not our responsibility to know where stuff is”. They have time to chit-chat but they don’t have time to help customers or learn where the “tons of ‘merch’ is located on the sales floor. So I went on line to order the shirt. That was five days ago. When I check the status of my order, it states a shipment label was created but USPS is still waiting on the package. Doesn’t look like I’m getting the shirt. I just checked online to see if it’s still available but it’s sold-out.

I’ll never spend a dime at Rally House again. Non existent customer service, waste of time ordering online. Horrible experience so please don’t waste your time shopping here.
