Will not honor coupons or buy one get one free even though it says online "buy one get one free" also had a coupon to get 10$ off any purchase over 69$ and she wouldn't let me use it. I dont really care that much but only went for the sale and it was very misleading. Wont be back

Customer service was fantastic, but the amount of confusion in this store is sad. Me and my husband bought the same pair of shoes that were on the bogo half off. And when we get to check out, there was no promotion. It's very misleading.

We stopped by to pick up a pair of shoes on our way to an appointment that could not be missed as the current pair was not working out. We went in, looked over the selection of nice shoes they had and went to check out. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only regret was we did not have time to take advantage of the buy one pay half price for second pair offer due to our time restriction.

I found a shoe I liked but they didn't have my size. They offered to order my size. Came in, in like 4 days.... the shoe in the box was not the same and the size on the box which is what I ordered. They exchanged them and reordered the correct size.. pending what happens with that.

They always have a huge selection...but, I have found that their kid sizes are low. Idc to buy online but, bc of the way my boys feet are, I really need to have them try on 1st. They just never seem to have the right sizes for my boys to try on.
