This could be an awesome fabric shop .

However, after 30 minutes of being ignored. I am not sure I will return. I would have rated this shop much higher

The fabric shop is easier to locate using a GPS service like Google maps. But driving through you will drive right by if you're not looking for the hard to see signage.

I found talking with the owner very interesting

I'm giving 2 stars because today's visit was my second trip to the store. I was here in May 2019 and had a 5 star experience. The owner was knowledgeable and eager to help/cut/check out.

Today was much different. I came in, looking for more of the fabric I had purchased in May. Found it fairly quickly and brought up to counter to cut. She was helping two other ladies out, and that was fine. However, after being completely ignored for more than 10 minutes, I left. I get it that she was helping other people that were there first, that was fine. But, at least acknowledge my presence, say hello, make eye contact for God's sake. Let me know you'll be with me as soon as you're able. I'd be happy to browse more and probably find more items to buy, but when I'm ignored, I'm out. I'll take my business elsewhere. She has very nice things and I prefer to shop at local shops. But I'm not sure I'll come back to this one.

Good selection, but the staff needs to be more aware and welcoming when people are waiting for the cutting counter or to check out. I went in for a quick visit, to get more yardage, and waited. Waited for it to be cut, heck, waited for the staff to say hello and let me know she sees me and will be with me asap. She was the only one in the store, helping out some other customers. After waiting for a while and picking out other lovely fabrics, I finally left all my uncut, unpurchased items and walked away. Friends of mine had warned me of this, but I didn't listen. My good friend says she's been in there where staff has been on the phone and barely acknowledges a customer. It's sad. Either hire more people to help out or pay attention to your shoppers better.

Lovely fabrics and large selection, however, they will only cut by quarters or thirds of a yard. When a person wants 6" they don't want to be forced to by more. Apparently, math is a real issue for them. Yardage charts are available on the internet. Maybe they're just lazy!
