Usually have no issues at this location. Went to pick up my items today at 3:45, the location and Google both say open till 5, I arrive and store is closed with lights and open sign on.

Went there after needing some quick cash to catch up on a few bills. Offered me twice as much as stringtown for my contractor grade power tools and the entire staff were super professional and very quick. Plus the store is super nice and organized. Will definitely be using them again!

Just remember no cash. Refunds means you don't get your money back even if you use a credit card The older Mexican lady is a scam artist. Beware of the rude attitudes becoming with her

Used to use this shop exclusively but looks like staff has changed over the years and now customer service is as low as it can be, you feel unwanted as soon as you park. They hire young men and women who are just trained to lowball who have no real knowledge of what they are dealing with, especially musical instruments. I took over an ounce of 14k to them to scrap and they offered 550, i got a good laugh and went to Cleves and Lonnemans and got spot price for the gold. Absolute joke. I recommend stringtown pawn in Florence to anyone needing an alternative. Can’t wait to see quick cash go out of business.

Don’t even waste your time. Their website says they buy all sorts of things but you walk in and it’s a jewelry store. I was in the store maybe 15 seconds total? And I wasn’t even helped the guy just said “not something we mess with”. I understand not wanting a snowboard in the middle of July… but not even talking to me and just pushing me out of the door is insane. Learn some customer service…. Or just keep working at a pawn shop your whole life. ‍♂️

Awful place to try and sell. Guy with the cringe man bun and beard was very rude and arrogant. My first guitar he took one look at and said he was not interested. On the second he gave an absurdly low offer and was not willing to negotiate. He told me to go somewhere else, and acted as if my mere presence was an inconvenience. I took his advice and went somewhere else and got offered double. Do not do business here.

I was in this shop on Saturday. When a woman fell in the doorway trying to leave. Everyone was just staring at her so I rushed over and asked if she was OK and picked up her wallet and the jewelry Box (where I assume she had just made a purchase.) The guy behind the counter then come over there and offered a hand saying he only had one hand that he could help her with. My boyfriend came over and grabbed the other side of her and I grabbed her under one arm. We managed to pull her up. We then stood there and held on to her until she got her footing back and got her cane adjusted. Then the man from behind the counter said he was going to help walk her to her car in which she replied quietly, it's OK, I think I have it. You could see the embarrassment all over her face. However the man from behind the counter then got Extremely rude with her saying "well that's fine! Don't expect my help if you fall again." He then turned and walked back in the store. I was completely appalled by the lack of basic human compassion. My family left without making a purchase and we will not be returning. If this is the kind of treatment a customer gets from the employees, then this is not the kind of place that I wish to do business with!
