P&W Sales in Pecos has the best customer service. I have been working with Frank Rivera for a few months now (highly recommend him) and this guy will not disappoint, if there is something they don't have on shelf they will move mountains to get it for us fast. They can get any part needed and at a better price than any other parts store in the area. Jennifer will get invoices in quick and there is no waiting months for approval. Doing business with P & W has been a great decision. Fast, convenient, and cost efficient!

They helped me get set up with some tools and an ice cooler. They’ve been super cool and helpful. They took time to give me the receipts I’ve needed and let me know when certain tools were in stock when I called. The warehouse help were very attentive and were trying to load my cart and load my truck for me.
