Had an excellent experience buying flooring from ProSource in Davenport. I worked with Terry and he helped me find the perfect floor for my home. Anyone store can sell floor covering products. A great showroom with a large variety of products to select from at competitive pricing will get you in the door. However the difference at ProSource in Davenport is the service that you will receive before and after the sale. I highly recommend working directly with Danielle Gehn. She is the best. It is hard to describe great service, but when you get it you realize that it truly is people that make the difference. Thank you Danielle for always caring.

Mari was wonderfully helpful in our search for flooring, backsplash and fixtures. Our two young children were welcome in the store and we were able to find the materials we needed for our kitchen remodel very easily!

Not impressed. We were there on a Friday and told us they would have a design and pricing for us in a couple days. I called a week later, that person said he would check with someone and get back to me. I call again on Saturday, and was told by Mike they would have it done and emailed to me on Monday. It's end of day Monday and nothing. No email, no phone call. When I talked to Mike he agreed they dropped the ball, but would take care of it. The ball is still dropped.
