I originally recommended this place to other people until my recent encounter. I took my ring in because it was snagging. They said 24 prongs needed repair and gave me an estimated price. A month later I get a text for a new estimate that is 4x the original. I called and they told me I was wrong and that they did not say that original price even though I had a ticket that stated it. They were very rude during the process of trying to work through this by saying things “well you can come get it if you don’t want it fixed,” so I picked my ring up and took it somewhere else. Guess what, 3 people said there is nothing wrong with it. So to me, it seems I was being taken advantage of trying to get money from me. Do not recommend.

Dawn was the absolute BEST in helping me find what I was looking for! Very patient and was incredibly understanding of budget restraints. At all other shops in the area when I told them my budget for the specific gift I was after, they would kind of “scoff” and either pass me to a younger sales rep and point me in the direction of their cheapest stuff and say something like “you’re not getting real gold for that price.” After about 25 minutes of searching with Dawn, we found something that matched almost spot on to what I was looking for and in my budget. (my budget had a good amount of wiggle room, but the other stores just instantly shrugged me off when I told them, so they didn’t get to find that out)

I needed to resize my wedding rings and chose Priddy Jewelers after reading their positive online reviews. They did a beautiful job and I am so pleased to be wearing them again! I ordered 4 Star of David pendants. I have one my husband bought me about 30 yrs ago we lost him last November. The girls have always loved it. I wanted each of them to have one so I ordered them from Priddy''s Jewelry Store in Elizabethtown, KY. They were so helpful, kind and patient with me. They sent me a text as soon as they arrived and I picked them up the very next morning. I was totally pleased, they were exactly what I wanted. I will always go to them for all my jewelry needs.
