BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This is where you need to buy Jewlery in Wichita! I had the absolute worst experience at a neighboring store. A simple repair at that store led to weeks without my ring, no communication from the store or jewler and the return of my wedding ring twice looking nothing like it did when I sent it off for repair. Sallie and her staff were amazing! I was immediately put at ease. Sallie was so patient and listened to my entire journey from the last few weeks empathizing with my experience. Sallie and her staff were so knowledgeable and it was evident that they all knew their stuff. One of the perks of Powell is that their Jeweler is local! That means no shipping out for repair or maintenance! This was such a relief after my previous experience and definitely something all people should strongly consider when buying jewelry. Especially for those big purchases! They were all super transparent and honest and I had no issues with communication. I have received my ring back and am happy to report that it is beautiful again! I can’t say thank you enough to Sallie and her staff! You definitely want to buy all your Jewlery from Powell! They will not disappoint!
