Fantastic. Patricia and Ben are true experts and our custom rings came out great. Superb communication from start to finish. They designed both rings based on our reference images, generating image renders of the final product and 3D printed wax mockups for us to evaluate. Helped educate me on everything from diamond selection to incorporation of design features that would improve the longevity of the rings. Ben was right when he said "I won't let you design ugly rings". Highly recommend.

I presented an interesting, yet somewhat embarrassing and challenging situation, as I had a lot of jewelry compiled through downsizing, passing of loved ones and pieces that I loved at one time but no longer wanted to keep.

Having said that I wanted to dispose of the jewelry pieces….but didn’t have any idea what (or if!) the value was…
They painstakingly went through each piece and gave great insight and a peace of mind!

Some pieces were sold for scrap, and they also suggested selling some things on consignment in their store! I am thrilled with my ring! Joanne, was amazing at helping with the repair of my broken wedding set and adding another band to the ring. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and my “new” ring is absolutely gorgeous. I’v received so many compliments. Joanne also checked another very special ring for me and found the main stone was loose, so they fixed that as well and made it look shiny and brand new. I’ve used Philips Diamond Shop several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! This picture says it all.
