20th Anniversary Diamond! Philip Bortz was that special place we both needed. I really struggled with letting my wedding band go (sentimental, a bit unique & lots of memories). Matt was very knowledgeable on the 4C’s, took time to fully understanding what my husband and I were looking for...and he was never pushy. Which we both greatly appreciated. Final decision was to keep my band and upgrade the diamond. Final outcome…Fabulous! Thanks Matt and Rachel and the entire PBJ team.

50th Wedding Anniversary deserves a special custom design when your original wedding set is damaged. Philip Bortz Jewelers did this and more creating “My Championship Ring”. Amazing experience from start to finish. My engagement ring is a 1920's antique, and I knew it was going to be tricky finding a matching wedding band. We took it into Philip Bortz and they were so helpful and accommodating, and really listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted in a band. We were offered multiple options, but ended up making a mold of the pattern on my engagement ring so it matches perfectly, and Matt took excellent care to be sure the design complimented my engagement ring without over-shadowing it. He also made sure it was ready in time for our over-seas wedding! I could not be happier with the band, and the quality and personal touch beyond justified the cost (which was very reasonable). We will recommend Philip Bortz to anyone who has unique jewelry needs, or just wants great customer service.

Husband and wife duo are amazing! Went there to have some links taken out of my new Movado watch that I purchased on the Movado website(not there). They were very careful with my watch and explained how links are removed. He took the links out and had me taken care of within 10 minutes. Highly recommend them for any repairs or purchase needs!

I brought 2 rings in to the downtown location to be sized. Matt and Rachel are not only knowledgeable but treat you like family. My rings were sized to perfection within a week. I watched Matt sit down with another customer and answer all of his questions in detail, making sure he had all the information to make his decisions as well as welcome familiar customers in to the store with a genuine smile. Not to mention, the pricing to size my two rings was better than 2 other places I had been. I highly recommended Philip Bortz Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs!
