I just wanted to share that we had a great experience at Phelan's Interiors in Cedar Rapids.
Timothy did an excellent job helping us find the perfect sofas and within our budget. High quality hardwood frames and made in the USA!
The delivery crew showed up on time and they were very careful bringing in the new furniture. Nice work, Tyree and Stephan!

The staff are highly skilled in design, color, and bringing a vision together. They get to know you and focus on designing spaces for your personality, needs, and budget. It's important to me to shop locally, and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my furniture and other home needs!

This place was fantastic! The staff was amazing here in helping me find what I like. They had catalogs on the different types of furniture that were available. They had complimentary cookies that were delicious. And the staff member that helped me gave me sites to go to to look at more furniture. This place has been great for furniture hunt. Seemed like a bit of an upscale place

I placed a phone order with Phelan's and am so happy with my wall sconce purchase. The transaction was not only easy but the employees were so helpful and pleasant (a rarity anymore!). A very professional and sweet lady, Mary Akin began visiting with me regarding my preferred style, color , pieces, etc. and I never went to another store. Our experience with phelans began at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Jackie, phelan’s AMAZING interior designer, was tasked with fully furnishing our lake home in Montezuma Iowa. Because of Covid, we had to meet with her via zoom calls. On our first call we gave her a virtual tour of the space. Jackie asked us what our vision for the space was, aesthetically, and took the time to understand what colors and functions were important to us. When we were unsure of how we wanted the layout to look or how we wanted to utilize a room, she gave her very well thought-out input. We were impressed right from the start with her warm and friendly personality. She has a very settling nature, and she’s sharp as a tack when it comes to details. We had a follow up zoom call where she presented her ideas after she received our blueprints and sent us samples of materials she thought we would like.we didn’t have to change one thing she suggested...her taste is exquisite. When everything was ready for delivery, Jackie drove the one hour to the house with the crew (on more than one occasion) to make sure everything was set up just the way it should be. Her communication skills are beyond excellent, as she responded immediately to every question or need we had. (even on the weekends!) and kept us informed every step of the way. I can honestly say this was the most satisfying experience I’ve had with a company. Jackie is an absolute dream and respresents Phelans better than anyone could. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company!!
