After shopping at a notable jeweler in KC, we sent Rick our specifications, price range, and a picture of what she wanted. He delivered above and beyond our exceptions in both quality and price. He personalized the band and found a better stone. Great guy, highly recommend!

I don’t know if I wasn’t dressed worthily enough or not to visit this establishment or because I’m considered a minority in this town. I walked into this store intending to purchase jewelry as gifts for my daughter and soon to son-in-law, as well as have a watch fixed. There were two women in the store having a conversation. I was the only other person in the store. Whichever of the two was the salesperson didn’t acknowledge me in anyway the whole time I was in the store. Not even when I left the store. I’m assuming they didn’t think I could afford their prices or was worthy of their time. I will never go there ever again. If I could give them a rating of zero, I would. Yes this happens in Manhappiness, KS all the time!

They are AMAZING. True professionals. They get it done right the first time. My fiance and I walked in and needed a wedding band done over the weekend and they were able to create EXACTLY what we were thinking (literally felt like they read our minds) and had it done right on time and called us right away to pick it up. Truly amazing service. They even allowed us to bring our ESA in.

Amazing customer service! We went in there looking for a men’s wedding band not really know what to look for. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she was very informational and helpful when choosing out a ring. Will definitely come again! Best in town.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from here, and we went back for both of our wedding bands. They helped him find a very unique style of ring that I had always wanted that he could not find in any other jewelry store. The resized our rings for free and always clean my ring when I stop by. There was a small mistake with sizing on his wedding band, but they quickly fixed it and we had our rings in plenty of time before the big day. They are the nicest people ever and I recommend them to everyone.

Very nice and friendly people. Spent months trying to find my fiance's ring at an affordable price and in the end they were the cheapest locally. Although I could've bought it cheaper online, there's the added benefit of buying locally like cleanings and repairs. I couldn't think of any better place than Pfiefley Jewelers.
