Recently purchased a already lifted 2021 ram 1500 truck. Had some concerns with the running gear and brakes. Although he wad eight weeks out for reservations for service he did spend a good deal of time talking to me and did a walk around quick inspection on my truck and diagnosed one issue I had in 5 min. He gave me a overview of my apparent condition of my truck and was quit informative. Unfortunately I can't wait 8 weeks for a tie rod replacement so I'll be doing it my self. But I'm greatly appreciative for his obvious tremendous knowledge of lifts and all things 4x4 Trucks and Jeeps. Some sweet looking projects underway in his busy fully staffed garage.

Originally sent an email requesting a quote on some standard maintenance. Roy the owner called me and left me a voicemail. He explained the situation and invited me in for a free inspection. The next day, Roy and his colleagues were able to patiently walk me through the inspection and open my eyes on what was going on with my Jeep. He then took the time to figure out how I use my jeep and made some recommendations and walked me through slowly on what needed to be done. I wasn't upsold on anything and felt comfortable with the whole experience. His team was able to get my jeep in the following week and my jeep now drives better than stock. If you have concerns or questions, go visit the team in Alexandria and I am sure you will be happy with the results. I've already recommended to my jeep friends. I will also be back when I am ready for more upgrades.
