Total waste of time and money there. Had my truck for a month and it still is not fixed right. They kept calling with one thing after another. Issues it did not have before it got there. They are not consistent on the price they tell you. I was to told $3600 on the phone when I went to pick it up they charge me $4400. She claimed she never told me $3600.00. Do not waste your time and money here. Very unprofessional shop!!! I would not even give it 1 star but I have to per google!!!

I was told my f250 could be deleted and bulletproof within a week paid 3k just to wait 17 more days and my truck was still never looked at to determine the condition of the heads. They made up several different reasons why my truck wasn't worked on for 17 days. The final time I went to the office she still was telling me that day they would be taking my truck apart and starting it. I think they should stick to auto recovery and repair, I don't think they have the qualified diesel team to work on any diesel truck. Refund was given and I was told that I do not know how business works.

I have wasted a great deal of time and money at this place. When I first brought the duramax they told me it needed a lift pump and CP3 pump replaced. The issue had nothing to do with what kind of fuel system it had in it. The fuel system just needed to be cleaned all the way to the tank. The CP3 pump needed to be replaced as there was dirt and water in the fuel. Which I had to do myself. The lift pump was unnecessary and I believe just their way to make some extra money. 3 grand down the hole. When I got it back it sounded good and the engine ran well, but the truck never shifted correctly since I got it back. Eventually it didn’t shift at all. I took it back and they say the issue is the transmission…another 9 grand down the hole, but when I got the truck back it still didn’t shift correctly. I’ve spent 12 grand at this place and a lot of time for them to not fix the truck. They tried a different TCM unit, but it is still not shifting correctly. The last time I was there I asked the lady if there was anything else they could do or tell me to have the truck shift correctly and take the “engine power reduced” code off the dash. She said no and it seemed they had no intention of actually fixing the vehicle. THIS PLACE IS A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Took my truck there to have work done and I can say that they were very professional and very knowledgeable when explaining issues. Truck has not had any issues since. I will be taking my truck and vehicles to them for any further work needed in the future.
