I took my vehicle months ago and was gonna have an alignment done, and have them check my transmission fluid. they couldn’t do the alignment no big deal. said they checked my transmission fluid and it was fine. $15. no biggie. i come back a month or so later and they’re giving me a hard time because my transmission fluid was 3 quarts low? i thought you checked it? there were no leaks either. anyway, my boyfriend had a similar situation and he ended up getting a check where he got his truck from and was waiting for it in the mail. he didn’t get it in time so he ended up paying. he waited and waited and it never came. turns out mountain truck parts refused to give the dealer the tax ID number to mail the check because he “already paid”. not like you’re out any money? i won’t be back to this place ! 🙂

Bought a PCV valve for my 2010 F 150, I tell him I need the heated one. He tried to explain mine doesn't have one well it sure does but their pride kept them from walking out to see what they claim doesn't exist.

Don't let these people touch your rides. Whoever checked mine made it so much worse didn't have the parts to replace what they messed up and my car locked up on sandlick hill made the belt break. I had 3 kids riding with me and one on the way we were lucky to make it off that mountain alive. If do it myself before I would trust them to do anything to my vehicles again!!!

Went in to have my wheel bearing fixed. It took 5 hrs to get took out because it was seized up. They messed up the sensor and I had to wait a week for them to replace it.
