My husband and I bought wedding rings from Tom a few years ago. Both of my rings are customized. The engagement ring includes my birthstone next to my husband’s and my wedding band was molded to fit my engagement ring perfectly. It’s so nice to know that my ring is unique to only me. What an amazing experience. From the time my wife and I walked in, Tom was professional, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable!!
My wife got her wedding rings re-sized and they were done earlier than promised. Wow they were amazing, well fit and sparkled like never before !! We did some impulse buys just because the service was so good.. Paolucci’s is the gold standard of an amazing local retail experience !!

Above and beyond! I came here in hopes of getting a necklace untangled, as I had been trying for days at home with no luck. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the owners, Tom, and he said he would try to undo the two knots. I was expecting to leave my necklace there for a few days, but within 10 minutes he had my necklace ready to go! Free of charge. I will return if I’m ever in need of a jeweler. Thank you, Tom - I sincerely appreciate your generosity.

I went in last week to see if they could repair my earrings since the clasp broke after 20 years of wear. I love these earrings so much and I wanted to extend the life of them! Tom was able to find a replacement that had a similar design, and feels much sturdier! He let me know to come in and take a look at it before doing anything, which I appreciated. Once I got in to look at them and told him I was happy with it, he said it’d be ready the next day. I informed him I would be out of town, and he asked me to wait a few minutes—voila, he replaced them right then and there! I’m very happy I can wear them again! Very glad I came here!

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with the fabulous results. I came in with a ring I had for 20 yrs and asked for an update. They took my gold ring with an oval diamond and transformed it to this spectacular piece that I love. In addition they were able to make me a beautiful pair of earrings from the extra diamonds.
