After buying my daughter a bracelet and charms for her birthday. After couple of times her wearing it the lock broke off. She went and try to exchange not even return it. And they said it was wear and tear but she's only had it for 2 weeks! The return policy is 30 days. I also paid for warranty and wasted 30 minutes listening and questioning what it cover they make it sound so guaranteed it will be covered. But then she said it couldn't go through the warranty until after a year. Very Very very disappointed at this location and Pandoras policies. Will never again buy another Pandora anything. Also they never found my account from my previous purchases. Had to make a whole new account. So I tried looking on my new account for this purchase to call corporate and is not there. Luckily I have receipt, but I'm sure they erase all purchase histories to not have proof of purchase. Since no one saves receipts this days. I don't recommend you buying Pandora it gets all nasty and rusty anyways. The girl in this location name is Erica very rude and not helpful. Don't throw away your hqrd working money to this company.

If I could put zero, I could. I came to this location because a stone had fallen out of my ring from a recent purchase. Based on the warranty policy, I expected somewhat of a compensation or a new replacement due to the purchase being very recent. Yet, my ring was taken away from my sight by the sales lady & it was brought to the back/closed employee room for about 3-5 minutes with a manager, I’m assuming? Once the sales lady returned from the back, I was told ”I can’t help you with anything because your ring is bent”.. My ring was not in any bent condition prior to coming in here. Especially, when I just purchased the ring lol Make a commute & go else where. This location is unprofessional & shady. I went elsewhere to another Pandora location & a replacement was given without a stretch or suspicion!

My boyfriend got me a heart clasp bracelet for Christmas. But he bought it in October. I’m not entirely sure what their return policy is but the bracelet was too small. They accepted an exchange and I’m so grateful. There was a gentleman helping me and then I think his manager’s name was Desteny V. Thank you both so much!!!

Very disappointed. I called into the store spoke with Jasmine on 04/29/2024 as I had additional question before purchasing a matching Necklace to my bracelet. Jasmine was very rude impatient and unprofessional. I will be returning my bracelet and ensuring myself or anyone I know never shop at Pandora. Bad customer service is so unfortunate. Such a shame cause I love the products.

I gave 5 stars. Although there was a line of about 50 people waiting outside. The reps moved pretty quick and courteous. The wait was about 15 mins. I new what I wanted. In and out. Nice
