I wish I got the name of the saleswoman because she was awful. We ordered new rings online, my ring was beautiful, but my husbands wasn't as impressive as the picture. We went in, not knowing if we wanted to just get the ring resized or a new ring and explained that to the woman. My husband really liked one ring, but it was over budget. And I told her this. From that moment on she kept pushing it and pushing it. She tried to offer a "deal" to hold the ring and to buy it when it was 25% off and I said well that's great, but it is still going to go over our credit limit. Her reply was "well, it will let you go over about 10%" I said really I dont want to go over our credit limit. Eventually, we decided to just get the ring resized and you could tell how angry she was and hardly wanted to do it since she missed the sale. I ended up telling her to forget it, simply for her attitude. Hopefully we will have a better experience at another location.

Closed store without notifying customers and half the time even when it was open the computer never stayed updated and they couldn’t keep a jeweler. We took our rings in very 6 months so we could keep the lifetime warranty and half the time they would claim it hadn’t been in their store in over a year so I’d have to get the paperwork and prove to them if any stones was missing. Just all around a bad experience but the first few years we had no problems but in the end it was nothing but problem after problem.

We bought engagement rings there in Aug of 2015 and they have been repaired 4 times! Twice repair workman ship was so terrible we didn't even except them when they called us and said they are fixed añd they was terrible looking repairs so finally they got it right , well at least for now it is holding up ( knock on wood) now they are dragging there feet on purpose reporting to credit bureau because I call and asked them to report large decrease in balance now the guy told me well its up to çredit bureau to call them what a liar! Do your self a favor and research and stores to do with sterling jewelers who owns several different store brands I wish I never set foot in that store!

Been coming here for many years. I refuse to buy jewelry from anyone else. They treat you like family... customer service in store and over the phone is the best.
