My experience was mind blowing the store is full of nice things don’t get me wrong but the two woman who went through my things and took the diapers and the carrier that was worth 179 dollars and gave me 35 dollars they like taking advantage of people shop else where lets supports people like this

They have a large selection of clothes for infants to teens. But they don't seem to take good clothes in for trade. I had some that were new, never been worn for infant boys and they didn't take. Since we buy so much from them, thought I knew what they would take and what they wouldn't. Guess I'll be making a donation to birth right center. I know they'll appreciate it.

Just took a 18 gallon tote in full of Carter, childerns place, gerber, and other name brand baby clothes sizing from nb to 0-3m. Spent well over $300 on all of it.

Upon arriving all 4 teenagers and the adult were eating donuts and going through clothes at the sametime while they gossiped about customers. Even heard them laughing as they got some food on someone's clothes while looking around their store and one of them said "that's not coming out"

The staff is rude, and not very kind keep giving me dirty looks as I waited for them to go thro my things, and arguing the whole time among themselves who was going to clean the bathrooms. After an hour of watching them eat, gossip, argue and dirty looks for waiting im guessing. They offered me $10 for my whole tote of BARELY used clothing still having tags on most of it.

After telling them no I'd keep my stuff the girl rudely told all her coworkers I didn't want their offer and threw my stuff back in my tote with an attitude as the adult women gave me nasty looks and the teen blonde said I should not have waisted their time and not to come back next time. They also took the tags off all my clothes pretty upset about that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't take your stuff here, unless you want food on them and to be offer less than what they are worth. You will waist your time and money and effort.

The only postive thing I can say is someone spent alot of time color coding all the clothing hanging up ?‍♀️

You're lucky to get over a dollar per item. Even for items with new tags. What a joke. I wouldn't be surprised if this place hires ex-cons considering the attitude of the folks that work here.

Sandra was so helpful and welcoming when dropping off outgrown baby clothes and shopping for more!! I am so glad Owensboro has a store like this that takes outgrown baby clothes and will let you resell them and buy more while you’re there

Yes I got a nice greeting but when it was time to pick up is a totally different story. Said couldn't take any of my iteam. Didn't give me a reason why but supposably there was a note that got lost. Also they all where whispering to each other about what the problem really was. They in my book should get a 0.
