Bob is the greatest! Came here for an anniversary gift and once again Bob exceeded expectations. I was looking for a white gold ring that looked like a tire... Yes, like a car tire. I spoke with Bob, described what I wanted and what I wanted to avoid. Bob was patient enough to show me my different options and discuss pricing, even for various additions/variations. He was never pushy or impatient with my million questions and concerns. The ring turned out even better than I expected and my husband absolutely loves it!!! I will continue to recommend Once in a Blue Moon for every Jewelry related need.

Bob did an excellent job of resizing my tennis bracelet and a ring for my mother in law. He does honest work at a reasonable price. The thing I really appreciate is that he takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done, the materials required, and how much it will cost. I will be bringing him more items I need re-sized in the future.

I needed a helix ear piercing and tried google to get recommendations. Nothing great came up, so I went to Next Door. Thank goodness, as I would have otherwise missed this small business. Bob at Once in a Blue Moon was great! He got my piercing done quickly and correctly. I had wanted it a little higher and he told me the cons of piercing it too high. Once the earring was in, I loved it. He was correct. Going higher would have caused the earring to be covered by the fold of my ear, the post would have stuck out, etc. He knows what he is doing! And his price was very reasonable. Thanks Bob. I'll be back again.
