I'd give a higher rating if I could, amazing place to shop- perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness with just enough of a no-nonsense attitude to stand his ground against idiots all the while maintaining professionalism. Which is refreshing if you don't expect the world to bend at your finger tips like a normal person. The owner is not only knowledgeable but has a strong investment in making sure everyone that walks through the door leaves happy regardless of a purchase. The first time I walked in I was hesitant and looking for the catch about everything but was still treated like an old friend and even though I'm sure he answers the same questions all day he was happy to answer any questions I had.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with NuBloom Naturals and felt compelled to share my negative experience.
Not only did I find the products subpar, but I also discovered disturbing tweets from the owner on Twitter being racist towards Black people. In addition to the offensive tweets, the overall customer service was lacking, and it made the entire experience less than enjoyable. It's important to consider the values of a business before supporting it.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before supporting a business with such a negative and harmful stance. There are plenty of other weed businesses that offer quality products and maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

Employee is awesome they are very helpful with whatever questions you have for them and they are their for you if you need someone to talk to they explain everything been here quite a few times and they have made me happy every time
