We were on our way home after picking up a used camper and our upper intake turbo hose blew off. We put Googley to work being 3 hours from home.
Rich came out and fixed us right up! I can't wait to use the camper but didn't want to do it in the Casey's parking lot where we limped to. Thank you Rich at North IA Diesel! We appreciate you!

Blew a tire 6 miles up the road, loaded with cattle. He got up to me, replaced the tire and had me back on the road within an hour from the time I made the call!!! Great place to deal with and very reasonable priced!!!They will have my continued business in the future !

Stuck in an RV in the middle of Iowa with 3 of the 6 tires blown out! We contacted the nicest guy at North Iowa diesel. He didn't have the right size tires but said to me " let me call my buddy and I'll get back with you " ten minutes later he called me. And said he had to drive 25 miles to get the tires (we got 4 tires ) he got to our broken down vehicle and within 40 minutes we were back in the road! Paid a minor service charge and some labor. but so worth it when you consider no other options were available on a Saturday afternoon! From blow out to back on the road in 4hours! It was an awesome experience! I highly recommend North Iowa Diesel. Saying Thank you so much hardly seems like enough!

These guys are awesome! I had a breakdown right in front of their shop. The parts needed weren't easy to find but they found them and got me back on the road the same day. Very nice guys and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend their shop. Thank you guys!

Our family was on our way to Minnesota for our annual vacation and blew a tire on our RV. We have AAA and roadside assistance through our Nationwide insurance……..but neither were of any help to us. My husband and i just started making our own calls to find anyone in that area that was available to help and we found Rich. He was greasy! Genuine guy! He made us a priority after sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours getting any help from our paid “providers” . It was a really hot day and he was smiling! We know it wasn’t an easy job! Can’t thank him enough!

I have to say initially there was a short misunderstanding on my end but the owner himself came out and helped get my truck running again. His son was a very respectable gentleman and I can tell he learned well from his father who made sure our transition of business was right! These guys have worked hard in -34 degree weather to help drivers get back to what we do and with over 20 drivers freezing to death in there trucks due to the extreme cold weather this state and country needs more guys like them. Even if they don’t have a service truck available, they’ll send whatever they can to try and help. Hopefully they’ll never stop helping drivers because help in this area is short. Thanks again guys and be safe out there!

Can’t say enough about this company! They took the time to check every tire on our rv after we blew a tire to make sure we would be safe and roadworthy. They even have a great mascot for the company Miss Sadie! The adorable lab kept us company while waiting!
