The staff was amazing through my whole process at both stores. I got both mine and my husbands wedding bands here. It was a fantastic experience. They didn’t have my husbands size in the right I wanted, so they ordered it for me and it came in less than a week! I would definitely recommend coming here. They helped me find the perfect rings.

The jewelry attendants/salespersons are very attentive and courteous. Prices are reasonable and the jeweler(s) are very knowledgeable. I have been in Owensboro KY 8 years and I prefer this business over the bigger chain stores.

Had Nick T Arnold repair four rings that needed new prongs. The customer service employees at the jewelry store on Calumet trace were very helpful and friendly. It was evident they enjoy their jobs. It was a pleasant experience. The repair work looked fine; however, the promise date for completion of the repairs was not met. It took over 3 weeks to receive ALL my jewelry back into my hands. That is more than a full week later. I finally had to call twice for information about my rings. Received final ring back today. The repair work looks very nice. But the length of time it took to return my jewelry was frustrating.

First the staff has always been helpful. They have beautiful jewelry. I bought a watch years ago and it is still going and looks new. I’ve also have had repairs done here and it’s always been perfect.

Had to get a new necklace. Candy and I looked at several to no avail. Then she recommended some other styles and asked if I could come back the next day to see them. Well she got some very nice choices. Long story short her customer service I believe went way above satisfaction. As always a gr8 experience there. Thank u Candy

As usual, my visit was very pleasant. The sales associate was helpful by showing me earrings, in my price range, for my friend’s birthday.
My choice was beautifully wrapped. My friend liked her gift. Overall my visit to Arnold’s was productive and I will return. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases.
