Very dissatisfied. We own semi trucks. We were assured that this Napa store would be able to supply us with what we needed.
Each and every time I purchased supplies from them, they were not the right parts. This happened 3 times. I can't say all the counter help is bad,but they do have some that are less than helpful and at times rather rude. I got the impression that some didn't like dealing with a woman.
I can assure them, I won't be a problem to them in the future. I intend to do business elsewhere. Very disappointing. As business owners, we try to support local business, this behavior makes that difficult.

I gave this place five stars ? they have always had the parts that I needed while working on cars / trucks. when no one else in town had what I needed and they never treated me any different just because I am a woman. That there speaks volumes in my book.
