Customer service and repair work has been great! They do a great job communicating, turn around time has been great and price is fair. They find the problem and stand behind their work! Great team from the front desk to the guys doing the repairs. Happy we found them!

Brought my car here for a headlight bulb. I was informed that since my bulbs are HIDs that they would look into the problem before installing new bulbs. After diagnosing the problem they told me I needed a new ballast. They gave me different options for parts and told me they wouldn't be able to get the part same day. When the part came in, they called and told me to come in at my earliest convenience. When I brought my car in they told me it would take about an hour since they had to remove the bumper. They had my car back to me in 30 minutes with everything working properly. Great job!

All the low star ratings for this place mostly all have replies that say "we don't have you in our system". Is this their way around the bad ratings?

So if anyone cares about their vehicle, don't take it here. They are not honest and they are over priced. And no you will not find my info on your system because this is my online profile. But I have taken my car here 2x. The first time it was fine. Over priced but fine. This time they hd no clue what was wrong with my car. They did tests and found nothing. And of course they charged a lot. The day after I got my car home it wouldn't start. Everything was dead. The battery, the electrical system, nothing works. It's just sitting here dead until I can get it towed.
Businesses like this one make it hard for good mechanics and are the downfalls of good humans.

NEVER NEVER NEVER take your vehicle here. They will lie, take advantage and not do the right repairs. This is not a repair shop... it's a do more damage shop. They should be shut down. I went in for an oil change only. I got a long list of things that they "claimed" my car needed. BULLSHITE! Business must be slow if they have cheat people out of their money like this.

I took my car here a few days ago. I had it services here before and things were fine. But this time not only did they say i needed repairs that had been done recently but now my car doesn't start. When i did get it started my radio or my vents won't turn on. So now I have to take it to a repair shop that knows how to do repairs and knows cars. This place does not! I'm sure the damage they have done to my car won't be cheap to fix. NEVER AGAIN! SHAME ON YOU! Hence why auto mechanics have a bad rep. ...
Update: their claim that I am not a customer is another way to dodge the bad rating. The car was in my spouce's name and YES they did RUIN up my car.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Had a wheel alignment done 4 different times. Still pulled to the right. They tell me I need new struts. I go to another place. They couldn’t believe how far off this alignment was. I still had pull but they switched tires now there is no pull. Viola! No extra unnecessary repairs! I’m livid! I called and spoke with the manager there, he making it out to make me the bad guy here when I told him about this. Seriously dude? I guess karma will find you. Like you said.
This place is a HUGE SCAM place! Seriously go anywhere else. Nothing but problems here I promise you. Btw. I don’t need new struts! They are fine!! I wouldn’t trust this place with my toy car!! I’m so very upset at the blatant scammery here. Please guys if you see this , it’s an honest review. It deserves merit. Please go anywhere else. They will mess your car up bad and blame it on anything they can think of. I’m seriously surprised nobody has sued them yet for unlawful practices…

My daughter was getting ready to head off to college and had a spare tire on her car and I needed the spare taken off and swapped with the other rim and tire and I talked to them and told me it would be $20 so I sent her in and they took care of her. When they were done they told her no charge and also looked over her car for her before her drive to school, highly recommended them. Thank you for taking care of her and looking over her car before she left for college.A++++

Don't take your car here! They're scammers & try to get as much money out of you as possible without doing quality checked work & making you take your car back multiple times. Their "warranty" they brag about is bulls**t too. I brought my car back three times to get problems fixed shortly one right after the other. First I brought it in for a new catalytic converter. After getting that fixed, I pick up my car & the accelerator wasn't working so I ended up bringing it back to get a new transmission they told me (which they should've noticed & checked the first time) plus a new oil change. I picked up my car and the oil reader wasn't reset in my car & I got a new warning on my dash for a "stabilitrak" problem. This was only a week after I picked it up from getting new transmission. I called the female customer service rep very upset & she admitted to me over the phone that their main technician has gotten lots of complaints due to poor quality work, that they had to transfer him to another location for closer supervision, which she tried recommending I take my car there too lol (to get fixed by same poor technician who worked on my car previously). They tried telling me (3rd time I brought car back) I need over another $1500 worth of repairs done including a oil change, which they charged me for & assured me was done the 2nd time I brought my car there. I repeat - SAVE YOUR $ and TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
>>I just found out (after taking my car to a dealership) that cause my car never got an oil change like I was told & charged for on my 2nd visit to the MTI location in Winfield, it caused an additional $1,100 worth of damage to my engine that needs to get fixed cause the dealership technician said there was practically no oil in it that I was driving around with it for about a week after picking it up when I got my transmission replaced.
