Morris made wedding set purchasing so easy for my new husband and myself! For the engagement ring, we called ahead and let Austin know the cuts of diamond I was interested in as well as price range. When we went in, he had pulled a selection of diamonds that fit the bill. We were pleased they offered mined as well as lab grown diamonds to have even more control over price. I was able to pick the perfect diamond and even customize a setting for it. I knew nothing about rings prior so Austin talked with me to see what details about the setting were important. I was able to narrow down my search from hundreds of options to a manageable amount very quickly. Austin was extremely patient and made sure we went over every possible aspect. I truly got the perfect ring by being able to customize to such a high level of detail! Picking wedding bands was easy as well, we showed them photos we had found online of styles we were interested in and they were able to source similar bands of excellent quality. The lifetime cleaning and care services they offer on their products is amazing and will save us a lot of money over the coming years.

Seriously the best experience in customer service I’ve ever had. They have a huge selection of items and you can easily custom order something. My husband and I met with Jim Sears and talked about what we wanted and not only were we not pressured into picking something, he was so friendly. We are completely new to the area and we were just shocked by the amount of information Jim was able to give us not only in the ring we wanted and purchased but also for the area. We will definitely be coming back and not only did we choose a jeweler for life, we made friends in the process. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind!

While they work on your ring they keep communication with you to give you updates and ETA’s on your jewelry. The staff truly treats you like family!
