We were excited to go get a hot donut. My kid wanted a Homer but they were out until the next family came and they made Homers appear. I ordered hot gingerbread donuts that were burnt with no glaze. Then did not let me know, hey we burnt these it’ll be a wait. Or hey we are now making more do you want to switch out instead of waiting for burnt donuts w/no glaze 🤯 How do you run out of glaze at a donut shop. Just sitting there for 20 min watching other people walk out with their order. I had to cut off people and say are we waiting on the hot ones still? to even know what the hold up was. Me and my kid watched people and families right AFTER me suddenly ordering dozens of donuts they were out of. Then hands me my order which was missing 3 donuts! Crap experience. 5 donuts for $13 unfortunately won’t be back.

Some of the best donuts anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area! I love that they are always changing the flavors up in the case and for the hot. Tonight’s featured hot was pumpkin with cream cheese glaze and it was amazing. Always have the classic flavors in stock as well. As you can see my family loves the maple. Their donuts are always fresh and the employees are always kind and helpful.

Seeking exceptional donuts? Moonrise Doughnuts is the establishment to visit. We acquired a selection for dessert and were thoroughly satisfied. The Maple Bacon, Chocolate Frosted, and Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts were all remarkably delectable. Although there was a lengthy queue when we arrived, the staff efficiently managed the flow of customers. The personnel were courteous, and the establishment, albeit compact, was immaculate and aesthetically pleasing.

Usually doughnuts are great especially the hot ones. Hoping tonight was an off night. Got 4 hot and 4 homer doughnuts the hot we’re not so good and only reason I got 4 homers is that was all they had. Looked like short staffing may have been part of the problem. I will be back again hoping it was a one off experience.

I don't believe this is a good donut shop. The staff all sit in the back and speak to each other. They don't come out front to give you any assistance or ask if you need any help. There's like 5 donuts that are in the doughnut case on display, and that was after 10 AM this morning. They should at least say that we're out of donuts. They should at least come out and see if you need any assistance. I'll never go back there. I'm wondering if it's even a real donut shop. Horrible

Absolutely love this place!!! They have not only fantastic donuts but also great people working there! We had them do our wedding since I do not really like cake and that is all I hear about now from my wedding guests!!
