This was the first time using this jewelry store. I had a bracelet that needed to be resized. They did an excellent job and the owner was very friendly and texted me when my bracelet was ready.

I've been into this location several times all with a great experience. Quotes me the price for my repair or battery replacement. And always is less than or as quoted when I come to pick it up. Turn around is less than 24 hours as well. I have to support local businesses like this ?

This is my second visit, the first to replace a silver earring hoop, which was done quickly and using like kind and quality. This time I brought in an agate stone in a pendant that was too small and needed a larger setting. We discussed options and cost. I looked in one of the cases and saw a pendant that was suitable. I felt confident in my choice and his expertise, especially after chatting with him. I was delighted to receive a text the next day informing me it was ready and purchased a good sterling silver chain to match. The cost for the quality is to be expected. It's so good when customers and business owners strike a rapport based on civility, expertise and mutual respect. I highly recommend.
