Absolutely fantastic experience with Mini Mall Storage! The girls in the office were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Have had trouble with them the whole time I have been there. They don't take care of their customers like they should. Gate was open for over 2 weeks. We didn't have security. Will definitely use someone else next time I need a storage place.

I have never had better service until I went here and met this wonderful lady named Casey, she was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions and I had alot of them and she explained everything for me so I will be definitely be referring people to come out and see her!!

The people that that work there are nice enough people and I guess it's a pretty good place to take your stuff to store it at. It'll be safe that's for sure, even from you. If you work any kind of normal hours at all it's almost impossible to get into your storage. They close at 4:45 don't know what times they are open on Saturday because the few times I've made it there on Saturday there's been a sign on the door saying we'll be back.. they're closed on Sundays. so if you're looking for someplace safe to store your stuff where nobody can get at it (even you )then this is the storage place for you!!

They lied saying 1st month free but yet they took $76 out of my account. Called an no refund haven't even moved in. They still won't help. Website did not say no refund policy. Sent email an they won't respond back. They r to high price. But it doesn't tell u how much til they got u. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
