We just purchased a new Avalon Pontoon and are extremely happy!! The best part about the new boat was working with Dave and Alicia. They were so pleasant and helpful, and we feel like they're part of our family. Here's an example of they're dedication to customer service: We bought the boat and took it to our lake house in Tennessee. We had a slight problem with the steering on the boat so I asked Dave if he had anyone local that could come out and service it. Dave said without hesitation, I'll be there in the morning. Mind you that this was a Saturday afternoon when I called and it was a 6 hour drive! He and Alicia were there Sunday morning and took care of the problem. Unbelievable!

My experience with Mike and Dave's is the sole reason I have faith there is a place for small brick and mortar business. I bought a new tri-toon from them in 2022 and couldn't be happier with the purchase and their after the sale service. This business is in it for the long haul and treats their customers as such. No question is to small and they devote a tremendous amount of time making sure your questions and concerns are addressed. I wouldn't even consider another dealership if looking at another boat in the future. 5 stars and all earned!

I have used Mike and Daves for the past several years. They have always been professional and honest with their service and charge a fair price. A couple of years ago my toons were taking on water. I was panicking that my boat would sink. Within 20 minutes, Dave had his boat in the water and safely towed my boat in. He was able to repair the stress cracks in the toons and I haven't had any issues since. I have recommended them to all my boating friends. They have nothing but praise for the work they do.
