They are ok sometimes. They say they close at 5 pm. I showed up at the door at 4:50 to do a simple pawn and the doors were locked with this big guy looking dead at me smiling looking down at me. I came back the next day early just to be taken advantage of where he gave me $40 for an Elgin 1897 gold pocket watch... that with out a doubt was worth more by far. He even knew I was down on my luck.

My partner and I went in to find a band for my stone. I dont know anything about jewelry, let alone engagement rings. I met with Stephanie Heart and she was the perfect fit. Kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Walked me through the different alloys, let me try on rings, told me to consider different lighting, was realistic on what was and was not customizable, and so much more. I felt like I was given time and felt like she had my best interests in mind.

I am not a Zionsville local and would recommend them to anyone considering getting jewelry for a loved one, whether they are a local or passing through.

I am very disappointed with my recent business transaction. I brought in a significant amount of jewelry to sell, but the buyer never weighed it in from of me and I didn't receive an itemized invoice detailing the items and prices. After the transaction, I realized I wasn't paid for one piece. When I contacted the buyer, he admitted he hadn't paid me for a second piece either. .Please be cautious and always get an invoice for what you're being paid for, no matter how accommodating they seem.
