My Son and I had a great experience at the Waterloo, Iowa location. Braden (I hope I got his name correct) greeted us when we walked in and he was extremely professional, helpful with pant/shirt ideas and throughout the sizing/measuring process. He ordered two ties they didn’t have in house. I do wish they’d have at least a tie display of what’s on their website in-store, but we rolled the dice. I’m surprised at the bad reviews, we really had a good experience and said such leaving.

Went in to just rent a suit but ended up walking out with a purchased suit. Great staff and they helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make that big boy purchase!

My dad and boyfriend needed fitted for their tuxes for my sister’s wedding, the two men didn’t greet us and were unbelievably rude.

When they initially started to take measurements, I made a joke about how it seemed like a sobriety test the way they were being bossed around and treated so cold. There was no information given of what was going to happen or what to do. No music in the store and no talking beside us.

I tried to ask questions as did my dad as he was measured wrong, he guessed his height and didn’t listen to what we said so the pants were too big and too short. My dad had a lot of questions and they said nothing, we looked at each other and I said loudly many times that I had no idea where the “staff” had went because like I’ve said they spoke about no words.

I would never return if those two men were working.

Men's Warehouse is an excellent place to go for fine clothes. The people there made it very easy to get a good look and feel great! They have a huge selection of ties to go with their dress shirts or casual shirts. You can find jeans to fit many styles to go for a casual style and throw on a sweater or a more dressy size up/1/4 zip fleece jacket. They have loads of accessories and many different dress shoes in store. The best thing is that if you are looking for something online and don't see it in store you can always have them order it for you. Feel free to ask me any questions about the place! The people there make sure to get a great deal and a lot of bang for your buck. They make sure to get a great fit off the wall with a good deal....or you can always have a custom like I did and get a PERFECT fit with a bunch of options to personalize your wardrobe. There's a bunch of color and style options available. They can even get a custom suit for a client in less then 4 weeks and my earliest came in about 2 weeks and 3 days later. They'll give you a call when the custom comes in.

I’ve done business with men’s warehouse for 10 years and own over 8 suits from them. It’s my primary brand, and have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars with them.

Today I walked in looking to exchange a pair of khakis that had a manufacturer defect in the clasp and never even had the piece from the beginning.

And my second item was a pair of shoes attempted to be returned for wrong size.

I was told to kick rocks and unless I had a box immediately with me nothing they can do.

I called their customer service before attempting to return and was told this was fine.

I’m returning anything I’ve bought in the last 90 days and Going to a different brand of clothes.

They know what they are talking about. Truly professional team. Everyone there knows what they are talking about, efficient buying process, and time on task is super low. Because they getting their stuff done fast. A little advice from me is this:
1. Go in there with a plan
2.State that plan clearly and precise
3. Have a specific vision with specific details (color, size, style)
then just sit back
And about 5 minutes later you will have what you need and you can get up out of there and get to where you need to go.
They package the product with care and they are individually packaged after purchase
Don't worry though it's fast because as your sitting there waiting one person will try to get you to subscribe to their membership program. So at least you will have some entertainment while you wait.
Only thing that kinda sucks is there's certain times of the week where they have alot of items out of stick. So the selection doesn't have as much variety that a person might want.
If that happens though I'm pretty sure you could plan ahead and order online if you have a specific thing in mind.
Go there try the stuff on then bounce.
Long story short if any of you guys read this and want me to optimize your business profiles or any Content at all, I can get you ranked higher and generate 30-40 sometimes 50% more leads and that's more sales for you guys so let me know. Doesn't matter the business or if your online or brick and mortar, I can still preform at a high level. I can tell you one thing that's a fact,I can provide you with solutions, most importantly I can provide Value. My main focus is to make sure I'm valuable but most importantly I want to make sure you get all the value you can out of me for the time you choose to spend with me. Doesn't matter what it's about you have a problem I'll solve it or be able to get the info from someone who can solve it. We will get it done and grow together so have a blessed day. I was quoted 200+ at a different place, went to men’s wearhouse out of a recommendation and the total of my alterations was under 100 ! Debbie was kind professional and knew her stuff ! I felt so comfortable each visit and could not be happier with my dress. 12/10! Go Debbie ! ?

Crossroads Waterloo used to have the best tailors I have ever met. Unfortunately, due to a corporate decision, their tailor's apparently now work part time. Thus, the ability to receive service is nonexistent. It's too bad that Men's Wearhouse has decided to change their customer service model to match that of the DMV.
