the clothes are super adorable but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE AT ALLLL! my friends and i came to this store excited and left more than disappointed. As someone who works for a small business i have learned that good customer service is everything. and by the looks of it, there is many reviews saying the same thing and nothing is being done about it. Super sad and super disappointing. Id pay the insane prices for things at small businesses but when customer service is awful GIRL BYEEE

Got my eye brows microbladed and was very satisfied with the end result! The shop is way in the back of the boutique. The bonus is the cute outfits as I waited for my appointment. Well worth the trip to visit this cute little taste of heaven.

I’ve gone here a handful of times. Everytime I see an insta post I think about returning and everytime I do I remember why I don’t. They don’t greet you, it’s usually one specific girl too. It feels like you’re being a bother when asking questions. I would save your time and look for similar pieces online. Not worth it

I went to the store Saturday & Sunday and no one greeted me. Saturday they were too worried about their lunch order. Sunday no one said anything either. If you are going to spend this kind of money at a boutique, it would be nice to be greeted.

This week I went in and found the cutest jumpsuit (& on sale) peep the photo! I’m on the right!! They also had free eclipse glasses and mimosas - just a cool touch to a cool boutique. Happy we have y’all in Burleson 😍
