Thank you Dawn, Cheryl, Jack and Stacy.
I stopped at McGregor's, met Dawn and told her what I was looking for and the space restrictions that I was facing. Dawn was awesome. I showed her pictures of the area I had. She found me a beautiful sectional, wonderful kitchen table and chairs, an end table and lamp and a comfy straight back chair that they are matching to my sofa. It was a very nice experience. Jack and Stacy brought my furniture and arranged it the way I asked. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They care that you get the right pieces for your home.

I was greeted with promptly and with courtesy. I was provided with accurate prices and policies.
Disappointed the frame for the mattress I purchased will not be available for several week, and the mattress cannot be delivered for another week.
Company shortages reflect badly on the local employees.

She was very informative about the mattress. I try 3 she which one I liked. They were helpful with showing were I needed to do for financing for 12 months. I was pleases with the customer service.

I had a positive experience shopping at the Ottumwa Iowa Mcgregor's. They were friendly and very helpful in helping me find the right recliner for me. They even went the extra mile for me by staying a little late so I could get my purchase.

I purchase a queen size mattress for $1,000 that they said they had in stock. And then after receiving my receipt I noticed on it that it said special order and non-refundable!? I went back a week later and complained and all they said was I have a lot of work to do to convince them at the mattress is defective by filling out one of their outdated forms. So in my opinion they took advantage of someone that was mentally and physically ill I'm not capable of following through with The Exchange. Re:Norman Alquist

This has been the worst furniture experience our family has had. My daughter purchased back in September 2023 by Dec the furniture was falling apart. The seems were coming undone and the seating areas were coming apart. We have sent pictures and gone to the store multiple times and still no resolve. In May 2024 John came and took pictures and it's now August and I still haven't heard anything and had no resolution and I am now having to file a claim with my bank to dispute. I am attaching one picture but the sofa is damaged through top and bottom in several areas
