There are barely words to describe the experience our family just had with McCoys in Osage City. They were not upfront with their "pricing" for services and "necessary products" to go along with their package. They take advantage of elderly and for those who may not question their excessive charges! Our elderly parents are out nearly $1000 . Bought a Chrome cast. NO remote with this particular model. Package does not reflect that fact. Literally 10 mins after I bought it, I tried to just EXCHANGE the item for one with a remote.
Nope, no way, never.

If it didn't work from the get go, you would be selling defective merchandise and your no return, screws the customer. Now I'm stuck with a device I can't use! Thank you!

So, I hope Osage City continues to support your business, because I won't be. I'll drive the 30 miles out of my way, to a store that allows returns. They do exist.

I have bought several things from here and I have never had an issue with anything. Everything from new phone to TV’s to sound bars and now to internet. Always been helpful and knowledgeable. I have had them even come to my house to help me set something up if I was having problems. I would recommend McCoys RadioShack in Osage City to any friend or family. Thanks TJ and Pat.

This is what the owner of this business did to my grandparents!!! They just bought the direct tv streaming service from them and this is what he charged them. Absolutely none of this was required for them to get this streaming service onto their tvs. $40 each for a surge protector $100 an hour for labor?. To plug some surge protectors in they didn’t need? As I stated all they wanted from this guy was the streaming service he offers. All he needed to do was possibly help them download the app onto their smart tvs!!!

Such a great variety of items. Customer service was INCREDIBLE. The guy with beard and glasses working Nov 27th around 3pm, he was WONDERFUL!!! Was ready to show us how items worked and tell us about his trial and error with things we were interested in.

Honestly, the whole staff was great, but he was above and beyond. They turned a grey day into a way better one and they were kind and helpful to the whole family. Thank you!!

Way overpriced. No returns on any items including items that were open out of the box on their shelf for months collecting dust. Felt Rushed to purchase product and it Wasn't what we needed after taking it home. Took back the next day and was told owner was to busy on his phone to deal with customers in store. Employee also told me that receipt said no refunds although the receipt he had given me did not say that anywhere on it. Would advise others to save your money and travel somewhere better.

McCoy's is a wonderful place to shop. They've helped us several times with different technology issues and upgrades, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is always incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to explain things and ensure we understand. They have a great variety of products (pretty darn impressive for a small town!), and their toy section always keeps our kids entertained while we get the help we need. We're incredibly grateful to have this store in our community!
