Fantastic customer service !!! Staff very friendly. I brought a watch that Kay’s jewelry store sold to me and wouldn’t fix. Matthew’s not only fixed it in 5 minutes but would not take pay even when I explained I had not bought the watch from them. My go to for any future purchases.

I stopped by to have a cross repaired but walked out with another cross and chain in hand. We ordered a new part to fix the cross, which they are fixing for very little cost. The customer service we have received from Matthew's for 27 years is outstanding, starting with Rex. All the ladies that now are in his place are simply wonderful.

I went in to have my wedding ring re-sized. The girl that helped me noticed wear on my prongs and recommended I have them serviced in addition to the re-sizing. I am thankful for the recommendation as this is a really important piece of jewelry to me! She was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly.
