I dropped off my 18k gold bracelet to be repaired and they had it for 10-ish days. Called to ask on that 10th day how’s the bracelet doing and the lady said “I haven’t gotten into it yet cause I was lazy”. What am I supposed to say to that?

We had a ring from my grandmother who had passed away. We used that ring along with my mother’s first wedding band to design mother and daughter rings for my sister, myself, and my mother. We brought designs to them and they were able to bring our ideas to life! The staff were amazing and we will be going back to them for future needs!

In a word? WOW! The folks at Mastbergen Jewelers are the best there is! I have visited their store several times and have never been disappointed.
