Great little local shop. Not many folks who repair watches and clocks these days. May have a bit of a wait for repair but it's done right!

I am sorry for your circumstances.
You have had my two watches for repair for 3 YEARS, since the Fall of 2020!

I request that you ask a friend, neighbor or relative or someone to open your shop by appointment for 5 minutes so I can pick them up as is.

Spend the 30 seconds to ask someone to “ just take care of it” and you will feel better that you honored your commitment.

I do not want them repaired. I want my property back.

This store and its owner are one of the gems in our community. We have been loyal customers for decades and the work, attention to detail, and professionalism are unsurpassed. When the owner had a life-threatening illness, the business went on hiatus, but as soon as she was feeling able, she contacted me and arranged for our antique clock to be picked up. It works better than new and reminds us of the long-term value of shopping locally among people who have become friends.

I adore this lady. We hadn't known each other long before she got her diagnosis and as woman who could very well go through this myself someday, we had a moment together. I hugged her and told her it was going to be ok. I left my watch with her which is still there and it's ok, I'll get it back when she's well. I sent her a card to the shop letting her know I'm thinking about her and wishing her well, Gizmo too It saddens me to see all the terrible things people are saying on Google and Yelp about someone literally fighting for their life while y'all are worried about a material item. I am truly sorry to hear about your health conditions. We have had a very sentimental watch with you since 12/2021, I really would love to get this item back as it belonged to my FIL who passed away. I am willing to come pick it up at anytime if you could please contact me back.

My boyfriend had a broken his chain necklace and ended up taking it to this lady. She is such a nice, sweet lady. Not only did she fix the necklace but she even polished it. She is also cheaper than most the places there which is awesome. Also the dog there is super big but so friendly and loves to be pet! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! 🙂

Wonderful place to take your jewelry to get fixed. Quick fix on my gold chain and she even polished it when returning to me. Best prices you will ever find. If I ever need jewelry repaired I will always go to her. Thanks again and have a happy new year!!!!
