4.5 stars. My husband and I recently ordered custom lehengas and kurtas from Mann Sey for our wedding party for our wedding. Snigdha and the team were super responsive and easy to work with. The shipment came very quickly and the end products were beautiful.

Regarding the custom order, it was truly custom. We had our choice of colors, individual sizing, fabrics, etc. And the team at Mann Sey made it quite easy to do this from afar using a combination of WhatsApp messaging and phone calls/face times as needed to clarify things.

There were a few challenges we encountered during the process:

It was difficult to get a sense of the true color of the dyes, mainly because the color looks different on different fabrics and the color also gets distorted through the phone/computer pictures. However, the Mann Sey team made sure to facetime us so we could see the dyed fabric over video to minimize this problem. In the end, we were happy with the colors that came through.

We also had an issue with the sizing for one of the kurta vests (i.e. the vest was made too small), but Mann Sey worked through various solutions with us and we’re even willing to pay for additional tailoring. In the end they gave us a full refund since we couldn’t successfully adjust the vest, but it worked out alright in the end as the groomsmen was still able to wear it open vs. buttoned.

Also a word of caution, we had our wedding in Cancun during July, so it was very hot and humid. Due to this, the dye from the fabric of the kurta tended to bleed when mixed with sweat/moisture. It was not something we thought about ahead of time, so there may be easy fixes for this, but I would recommend treating the fabric or lightly washing a couple times to try and avoid any bleed if you will be in a hot environment.

Ultimately, in terms of pricing, ease, and quality, you can't get a better deal! We would highly recommend them!

I got my saree and my boyfriend got a jacket and a kurta set from Mann Sey. We absolutely loved them! As a non-Indian person, it was really helpful to have the ready to wear saree. Having the waist be adjustable as well as the blouse is absolutely ingenious! I was able to tie the saree and get ready on my own. The color is absolutely stunning, and I got so many compliments at the wedding we attended!

I can't begin to express how pleased I am with the quality of product and customer service provided by Mann Sey.  I worked with them on a very large order for my bridal party for my wedding which took place last month.  They created a total of 25 outfits for our entire bridal party which included 11 one-minute sarees with blouses, 11 kurta sets with nehru vests and 3 custom dresses for our flower girls.  For our siblings, they worked with me to create unique ombre designs to incorporate the two colors we were using for our bridal party.  Everything turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL!  I think what blew me away more than anything else was their extremely high level of customer service - it's like nothing I've ever seen!  When I was having doubts about the design for our flower girls, they immediately made changes as requested with kindness and patience.  When there was a concern with the saree blouses, they immediately found ways to remedy the situation.  They were kind, professional and reasonable from start to finish.  The quality of their product was also more than I had even imagined.  Highly recommend for any event, big or small!

The colors and prints are so fun!! It is very well tailored and the material looks great too, it literally took me 45 seconds to tie the saree. I purchased couple of sarees from them and all of them are gorgeous!!!
